Dear Mathew,
The past is a dangerous place. The rules have changed and thing are different. Being you are going to be classified as a peasant make sure you obey the lord rules. Be sure to do labor correctly. To be married to a loved one you have to get permission by the lord. Your guaranteed a house, food and farmland. It might not be what your use to.
